ئۇيغۇر چالغۇ ئاتالغۇلىرى Kumul Ghirjek KumulGhijek isalso an ancient Ghirjek and it is mostly made of the wood of mulberry tree．Some are made of iron and copper．Its head is in the form of a cylinder．The shape of the Ghirjek which were spread to other part of China iS the Same aS thiS one． Its handle goes right tbrough the center of its head．The skin of goat and snake is used on the face．It is about 90 centimeters long and the diameter of its surface is about l2 centimeters．The length of the cylindri- cal head is 18 centimeters and the bow is 65centimeters long． Kumul Ghirjek has two strings and it also has several additional strings for echo．It is put on the lap of the left leg and played by pressing the tones with the left hand and strumming the strings with the right hand．It has soft sound．The string of its bow is between two strings．The ones outside are called outer strings and the one inside called inner string．This kind of Ghijek is mostly found in the areas of Kumul and thus called Kumul Ghirjek． Its adjustments，strings：①② (3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9)， tunes： a1 d1 a1 g1 e1 d1，
