ئۇيغۇر چالغۇ ئاتالغۇلىرى Karnay Karnay was changed and made according to Burgha and Surnay and was the descendant of ancient Burgha．It was also called Nara'because it has thick sound and it looks grandly and magnificent．Although Karnay looks like Surnay in form，it is much longer than Surnay and bigger in size．In the beginning it was made of Wood．Later it wasmade of copper and its length is 1．5to 2meters． Karnay is played by blowing air like Burgha With thick sound and looks magnificent．The highness and lowness of its sound or thickness depend completely on its length and size． Karnay is made by connecting three Copper pipes to the bigger head of it．BecauseKarnay has no holes，only some natural sounds can be made． Karnay was called’Big Burgha，in the beginning．It spread to Arab countries during Mongul troops journey to the west．Only during the times of Ming Dynasty was it called Karnay．It history，Karnay was mostly used in the region of Idiqut(Quju)and Kusan(Kuqa)．
